Welcome to Zuari View, where we offer the independent traveller in Goa a choice of accommodation to suit mid-range to high-end budgets.
Zuari View is located at Dona Paula in Goa, a palm-fringed headland between the mouths of the Rivers Mandovi and Zuari Rivers. Situated in a lively, upmarket area, close-by to Dona Paula Jetty, it occupies an elevated position with views over the Zuari River, Mormugao Harbour and Arabian Sea, and nestles comfortably with the traditional fishing village below and the friendly and bustling community which revolves around the Jetty.
The property comprises of a luxury 3 double-bedroomed villa, 'the Bungalow', a luxury self-contained suite, 'the Suite', and the adjacent 4 roomed guest house..
Constructed over 4 floors with 2 roof terraces, there are panoramic, sunrise to sunset views over the water. On the lower ground floor of The Bungalow is our self-contained suite and this may be entered via the adjoining guest house and/or the Bungalow and this affords flexible accommodation, to suit different party sizes.
Both the The Bungalow and The Guest House are situated on the edge of a cliff and there is no rear garden. The roof terrace is some 22 metres above ground level facing the bay and the open staircase rises 10 metres from the ground floor.

The Bungalow
Our Bungalow is hidden behind large, solid, teak-paneled doors that open to reveal an open Plan "U" shaped entrance hall, living area, dining area and kitchen, all furnished and equipped to the highest standards, opening onto a large balcony overlooking the bay. The well-equipped kitchen, has Italian marble work surfaces. All the furniture has been hand-made of teak by local carpenters. The sleeping accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and an open staircase leads to three bedrooms, all air conditioned with custom made furnishings and en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are bayside (doubles, with balconies) and one is roadside (twin). Ceiling fans throughout. The roof terrace affords sunrise to sunset panoramic views over the sea. The living area is sumptuously furnished and air conditioned. There are no televisions in the Bungalow.
Zuari View is staffed with a house manager, maids and a night watchman. Our Bungalow rates include the services of a driver, and 9 seater vehicle which is available from 0900 to 1800 for the full days of of residence ( ie excepting arrival and departure days), and subject to a mileage restriction of 80 km per day. Long distance trips and out of hours use are by arrangement with the house manager. Laundry and ironing of personal items can be undertaken at guests' risk and at nominal cost
The Suite
The Suite consists of a large "U" shaped living and sleeping area with en-suite bathroom, tastefully furnished and equipped with a huge bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning and cable TV. There is large covered terrace with views over the bay. Breakfast and light meals may be ordered from the Guesthouse next door, and the open air kitchen may be used by guests with the managers permission. The Suite is available during the monsoon season when it has proved to be a popular honeymoon venue.
Accommodation is aimed at the independent traveller with a mid range budget, and comprises 4 double rooms all with ensuite bathrooms, cable TV, fridge and air conditioning. Bayside rooms all have balconies and outstanding views over Dona Paula Bay. Guests are well looked after by our courteous and attentive staff and all of the accommodation is maintained and cleaned to a good western standard.
